We want your experience with Nahla to be a great one. Your order will arrive crisply gift wrapped in our signature chartreuse tissue, with product samples and our organic aromatic sachet tucked inside just for you.

How To Order

You can order 24 hours a day by visiting Nahla’s online store. Prefer to order by phone? No problem. Customer Service is available to help Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm eastern time. 


Orders for in-stock items are shipped in 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and peak order periods. Your package will arrive by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, chosen at Nahla’s discretion. Please allow up to six days shipping time in transit for arrival of USA bound orders and up to 10 business days for Canada bound orders. We regret that we are unable to ship to post office boxes. International orders may be subject to taxes, duties and fees which the purchaser/recipient is solely responsible for. Customer is solely responsible for providing correct delivery information. Orders returned as a result of invalid shipping addresses will be charged our standard shipping rate before store credit is issued.

Giving the gift of Nahla’s luxury organic skincare has never been easier. Our packing slips don’t include payment information and every order includes complimentary gift-wrap.


Nahla samples are portioned for 2-5 uses and intended to give a sense of scent, texture and compatibility with your skin. All samples are bottled in glass and our sample collection can be found here. We also include complimentary samples with all orders for full size products. The quantity and assortment of samples is determined by your order size and sample availability at the time your order is dispatched.


Our top priority is your parcel's safe arrival. If you experience any issue with the condition your order, please contact us immediately. Damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and if damage has occurred, retain the box, packaging and damaged item or items for our shipping carrier to retrieve. We thoroughly investigate every damage or shortage claim.

Return Policy

We accept returns within fourteen days of receipt for store credit. If a product fails to meet your expectations, please contact us to receive a return authorization and return shipping instructions. We do not accept returns on samples, bar soaps, body brushes, sunscreen or products missing more than 20% of their contents. We reserve the right to limit returns to three products per order. If you are new to Nahla, we encourage you to start slowly and begin with our Remedy Sample Kit or individual samples.

 Free shipping, gifts with purchase and other discounts and special offers are only available on orders that, less the return, still qualify for the promotion. Those that do not will have the applicable charge deducted from the return. Items returned unused are subject to a 15% restocking charge before store credit is issued. We are unable to refund shipping charges for any reason. We are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the Processing phase.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to your privacy. The personal information we collect from you is used solely for the purpose of serving you and is never shared with anyone for any purpose. The information you provide when shopping with us is stored securely and we do not retain your credit card information for your protection. Once you have registered on our website, you will receive our bi-monthly newsletter, containing organic skincare tips, seasonal remedies, company news and special offers. We want our newsletter to be welcome in your inbox and you can opt out any time by clicking the “opt out” link at the bottom of every issue.
