Our products can be ordered online anytime by simply adding those must have items to your cart, clicking on your shopping basket and following checkout instructions. Not web savvy? No problem. Our Beauty Advisors are available to help Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm east coast time.
Orders for in stock items ship within 3 business days by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a ship notification with tracking details. Allow up to 6 days shipping time in transit for orders within the USA after your order has shipped. For orders to Canada, please allow up to 14 business days for shipping time in transit and customs. We regret that we are unable to ship to post office boxes. All applicable duties and taxes for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We know that skincare is one of life's simple pleasures and we aim to make your experience an absolute joy. Nestled in tissue and sealed with our logo sticker, every order for full sized products includes a limited edition, seasonal aromatic bath and samples of products we think you’ll enjoy. If there’s a product you’ve been dying to try, let us know in the comments section during checkout and we’ll do our best to include one.
Sending an order as a gift? Our packing slips contain no payment information, all orders include complimentary gift-wrap and we’re always happy to include a handwritten message. Just include your gift message in the gift message box during checkout.
Please understand that the quantity of samples included is determined by your order size and sample availability fluctuates, causing some samples to be unavailable at the time your order is packed and not all products are available in sample form. Individual product samples may be purchased here.
Our top priority is your parcel's safe arrival. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and if damage has occurred, you must retain the box, packaging and damaged item or items so that our carrier can inspect them. We thoroughly investigate every damage or shortage claim.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If a product fails to meet your expectations, you may return it within fourteen days for store credit. We do not accept returns without pre-authorization so please contact us to receive an authorization number and return shipping instructions. We do not accept returns on products missing more than 25% of their contents, individual samples or sample kits, lip balm, sunscreen, nail polish, bar soaps or food items such as chocolate, teas and flower essences.
Free shipping, gifts with purchase and other discounts and special offers are only available on orders that, less the return, still qualify for the promotion. Those that do not will have the applicable charge deducted from the return. Cancelled orders and items returned unused are subject to a 15% restocking charge before store credit is issued. We regret we are unable to refund shipping charges for any reason. We reserve the right to limit returns to three products per order. If you are new to Nahla Beauty, we encourage you to start slowly and begin with one of our sample kits to find your perfect product regimen.

Period. The information you provide when shopping with us is stored securely and we do not retain your credit card information for your protection.
